Project Consultation

Permit Sonoma offers Pre-Application Meetings for large or complex development proposals that require coordinated review from multiple divisions and partner agencies. These meetings allow applicants to discuss a project concept with County staff prior to starting the permitting process. Staff will outline submittal requirements and help identify Federal, State, and County regulations, plans, and standards that may apply.
